Essential Service Industries, Inc.

Your information. Handled with care.

This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, use Growth Studio or contact ESI.

Updated September 7, 2026

Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, business email, company, role and the business context you provide. This may include your website, phone number, product category, current and intended channels, growth stage, priorities and timing. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party materials. You may optionally attach a non-confidential deck, product brief or related document, or provide a sharing link. Selected files are sent with your inquiry through our email providers; they are not published on the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to evaluate your request, respond, arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, discuss or provide services. We also process technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Growth Studio and browser storage

Growth Studio uses your selections to display a suggested starting point. Selections are processed in your browser. If you continue to the inquiry form, relevant answers are carried forward for you to review before submitting. The site uses session storage for this handoff and may retain campaign parameters from the link you followed for the current browser session. Browser settings let you clear this storage. We do not currently activate third-party advertising pixels or visitor analytics tags.

Service providers and sharing

Our website hosting and security infrastructure processes technical request information, which can include network addresses, browser information and requested pages. We use Resend to deliver inquiry notifications and Google Workspace to receive and manage business correspondence. These providers process information to perform their services. When a Cloudflare Turnstile security check is displayed on the form, Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information to distinguish people from automated abuse. We may also share information when needed to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and restricted access to protect inquiry handling. The form service retains limited security and delivery records to control abuse and avoid duplicate submissions; these records do not contain the inquiry message itself. Inquiry messages, optional attachments and related correspondence are processed by our email providers and retained as needed for the relationship, follow-up, legal obligations and dispute resolution. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an inquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a privacy request, use our contact form and write “Privacy request” in the business-context field; enter “Not applicable” for business details that do not apply. You may also reply to existing ESI correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain any limitations.

International visitors, children and external links

ESI operates in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. External websites, including LinkedIn, have their own privacy practices.
