Diagnose
We review the brand’s position, channel opportunity, economics and operating readiness. The starting point is the decision holding growth back.
How ESI works
Get into retail. Expand distribution. Build the business that can support the opportunity.
ESI works alongside your leadership, bringing commercial relationships and operating expertise into one coordinated engagement—from the first critical decision through execution.

From opportunity to execution
The work starts where your business is today. These five stages guide the engagement; the scope and pace reflect the opportunity, your existing team and the decisions ahead.
We review the brand’s position, channel opportunity, economics and operating readiness. The starting point is the decision holding growth back.
We align product, packaging, pricing, supply and channel choices. The team establishes what must happen, who owns it and which decisions depend on each other.
ESI coordinates the people, materials and relationships needed to move: buyer preparation, distributor outreach, production readiness and channel rollout.
We stay close to account activity, inventory, service, margin and replenishment. Problems are surfaced early, decisions are made and priorities are adjusted.
As the business strengthens, we assess the next channel, geography, product opportunity or strategic event against the capacity and evidence behind it.
Ways to engage
Resolve a defined issue: a stalled retail entry, a packaging decision, a channel plan or an operating constraint.
We agree the problem, the work and what a successful handoff looks like.

Your team and ours
ESI’s senior leaders connect the commercial, creative and operating disciplines your engagement requires. Experienced operators and specialist partners add depth around the agreed scope.
Distributor and retail relationships are part of that work—alongside the positioning, buyer materials, supply readiness and follow-through that help turn access into a viable commercial opportunity.
Before we begin
We discuss where the business stands, what you want to accomplish, what is getting in the way and the team already in place. From there, we determine whether ESI is a fit and what needs closer review.
We agree priorities, responsibilities, decision authority and the milestones that matter. The scope makes clear what ESI owns, what your team owns and where specialist support is needed.
The commercial structure follows the scope and level of involvement. Depending on the engagement, it may include a project fee, retainer, performance participation or longer-term alignment. Terms are agreed directly before work begins.
Yes. We build around the people and capabilities already in place, adding leadership and execution where the business needs support. You do not need an empty org chart to work with ESI.
